Who we are

When you request a quote
The quote form collects:
- Your name, email address, phone number and company name
- What you tell us about the project: the product, industry, application, surface, environment, service life, quantity, timeline and artwork
- Anything you write in the message box
We use it to reply to you, specify the material, prepare a quote, and follow up on that request. We send you one email confirming we received it. We do not add you to marketing email, and we do not record your IP address or browser details alongside your request.
Who handles it for us
A few companies process this information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Neon stores quote requests in our database.
- Resend delivers the email to our team and the confirmation to you.
- Google provides the analytics described below.
These services are based in the United States. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How we measure visits
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to tell us how many people visit, how they found us and which pages they read. Google receives information about your visit, such as the pages viewed and an approximate location derived from your IP address. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works the same either way.
The site also keeps its own count of page views: which page, and on which day. That count contains nothing that identifies you. To avoid counting one person twice in a day, your browser stores a short list of the pages you have viewed today in its local storage. It never leaves your device, is not a cookie, and replaces itself each day.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and for our ordinary business records after that. Ask and we will delete yours sooner unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@airmarkgraphics.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you live in California, state law may give you further rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect and to request its deletion. The same address handles those requests. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
