Stacked rolls of white service labels, each carrying a barcode, a unique alphanumeric asset code and bilingual service instructions

OEM Graphics, Warning Labels and Equipment Identification

Manufacturers come to us with a specification, not a design brief: chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, exterior durability, PMS colour match. We engineer the label to meet it.

CSC ServiceWorks · Serialised asset labels

OEM graphics are produced in vinyl, Mylar and polycarbonate, and serialized decals and labels can carry consecutive barcodes for product tracking through the field.

Send the drawing and the performance requirement. We will select the substrate and adhesive, produce a prototype for validation, and manufacture to your release schedule. For products distributed internationally, we handle translation and bilingual layouts.

CSC ServiceWorks

Consecutively serialised equipment labels for CSC ServiceWorks — bilingual service copy, a scannable barcode and a unique asset number on every label, supplied on the roll.

Capabilities

What we produce for OEMs

Five product families, all specified the same way: application first, material second, printing last.

Instruction and warning labels

Decals and labels that have to stay legible and stay attached for the service life of the equipment.

Serialized barcode labels

Consecutive numbering and barcoding handled in-house, with the sequence data supplied alongside the run.

Identification and nameplates

Equipment identification graphics and nameplates, including screen printed and polyurethane domed finishes.

Machine control panel overlays

Subsurface-printed Lexan and face-printed Mylar overlays in 5 to 20 mil, die cut and embossed to register with the switch assembly.

Certification and compliance labels

Labels carrying certification marks and compliance information for regulated equipment.

Why the material specification matters

A warning label is a liability document that happens to be printed

It has to stay legible and stay attached for the service life of the equipment — a label that falls off or fades out is functionally the same as no label at all. That drives the material specification more than cost does.

How we work

Built to your specification

The same five steps run every OEM job, from a fifty-piece prototype batch to a scheduled production release.
  1. 01

    Send the drawing

Dimensions, die lines, cutout locations and the performance requirement. We accept AI, BMP, EPS, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PDF and TIFF.

  2. 02

    We spec the material

Substrate, thickness and adhesive class selected against chemical resistance, abrasion, exterior exposure and surface energy.

  3. 03

    Proof and colour match

A proof for approval, with PMS colour matching to your brand or engineering standard.

  4. 04

    Prototype for validation

A physical prototype for fit verification before you commit to a production quantity.

  5. 05

    Manufacture to schedule

Serialization, barcoding, die cutting and doming in-house, manufactured to your release schedule.

Send the drawing and the performance requirement.

Chemical resistance, abrasion, exterior durability, PMS match — tell us what the label has to survive and we will engineer it to meet the specification.
